Cookie Cake is in the form of a circle.

Radius of circle = 1/2 * diameter of circle = 1/2*13=13/2=6.5 in

Thus the Area of the circle = [tex] \pi r^2 [/tex]

= [tex] \pi *6.5^2 [/tex]

[tex] = 132.73 [/tex]

Area of a fourth of the Cookie cake [tex] = \frac{1}{4} *132.73 = 33.18 in^2 [/tex]

Diameter:13 in

r=13/2=6.5 in

Aria of the whole cookie cake:r*r*pi = 6.5*6.5*3.14=132.665 and then you divide it by 4 and you get 33.18

So, the answer is C:33.18
