To obtain number of atoms, multiply number of moles by the number of molecules per mole (Avogadro's number) and by the number of atoms per molecule (in this case, there are six if you count them in CH3OH). Therefore, 1.44 x 10^25 atoms in 128 grams of CH3OH.
