Point B: (-11, 7)
Point C: (11, 7)
When Point A is reflected over the X axis to form B, the x coordinate stayed the same but the y coordinate switched integers (from negative to positive). Then when forming B to C the y coordinate stayed the same and the x coordinate switched integers (from negative to positive) when reflected over the Y axis.
