The experimental probability is the probability that an event will occur based on something you found, in an experiment, etc. In this problem, you found that out of 50 times, you got tails 20 times. Therefore, the experimental probability would be 20/50, or 2/5 = 0.40 simplified.

Hope this helps! :)
