If f(x)= -2X^2 + 5X + C and f(-2)= -15 what is the value of C?

In the second function, the x is replaced by -2. So, in order to solve this, you would substitute in -2 into the first equation and solve for c.

-15=-2(-2)(-2)+5(-2)+c
-15=-18+c
3=c

The value of c is 3
