We know 19x + 3 is an exterior angle. An exterior angle is equal to the sum of two interior remote angle and those angles are 9x+16, and 6x + 15

19x + 3 = 9x + 16 + 6x + 15

19x + 3 = 15x + 31

19x = 15x + 28

4x = 28

x = 7
