In Newtonian mechanics, the momentum is the product of the mass (m) and velocity (v) of an object.

[tex]p=mv[/tex]

in unit (kg.m/s)

in our problem, we have a mass (m) = 2.6 kg and a velocity (v) = 8.4 m/s

thus

[tex]p=mv=2.6*8.4=21.84kg.m/s[/tex]
