−4(3.2−3k)+0.2(9+15k)

Distribute:

=(−4)(3.2)+(−4)(−3k)+(0.2)(9)+(0.2)(15k)

=−12.8+12k+1.8+3k

Combine Like Terms:

=−12.8+12k+1.8+3k

=(12k+3k)+(−12.8+1.8)

=15k+−11
