Step-by-step explanation:

First find your slope : y2-y1/x2-x1

-2-3/3+2= -5/5= -1

Then plug it into the point slope formula y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-3=-1(x+2) which is actually y-3= -1x-2 then add 3 on both sides which leaves y= -1x +1

The formula y1-y2/x2-x1
-2-3/3+2 = -1
-1 is m the slope, now you can take or use any of the points and plug them in the equation Y = mx+b
I will use the first point
3 = (-1)(-2)+b
b = 1, now plug only m&b,
Y = -1x + 1
