A 4-foot tall object casts a shadow that is 3-feet long. Which of the following calculations would help you find out how long the shadow would be if the object was 24 feet tall?

Answer: If you take 4 times 6 you get 24, so take 3*6 to get an 18-foot shadow. 4:3=24:18. I hope this helps. I'm not sure what your choices are, though.
