x1=-4,y1=-1,x2=2,y2=3

Now,

slope (m)=3/2

By formula,

(y-y1)=m (X-x1)

y-(-1)=3/2(x+4)

y+1=3/2(x+4)

2y+2=3x+12

3x-2y+10=0,which is required equation.
