We are given the following system of inequations:

[tex]\begin{gathered} y<-2x-7,\text{ (1)} \\ y>x+2,\text{ (2)} \end{gathered}[/tex]

The boundary of both of these inequalities are lines, that means that the solution point for the system lie downwards from the line of equation (1) and upwards from the line of equation (2), the graph of which is as follows:

The solution points are those that lie in the interception of both colors in the graph.
