Find the value of the expressions below for X=10 X whith the 2ed power -2(X+5)

The answer is -30. 

Why:  If x = 10, then you fill in -2(10 + 5). Do -2 times 10 and -2 times 5. The new equations is (-20 + -10). When you add two negatives, the answer will be a negative so the answer is -30.
