Hey there!

In order to find the quotients of these two expressions, you first divide the numbers as you would with numbers without any unknown terms, then you divide the unknown terms. In order to divide exponents, you just need to subtract the exponent numbers from left to right. Remember that x is the same as x¹.

25x / 5x = 5x⁰ = 5
8x² / x = 8x¹ = 8x

Finally, just put these together into an addition expression to get (8x + 5). Hope this helped you out! :-)
